A look back at SERVICE NXT 2025
On May 15, Frankfurt became the meeting place for the field service industry.
Full rooms, strong brands such as Sartorius, Thermo Fisher, Advyce, Empolis, Stiebel Eltron and topics that really move the service industry: AI, auto dispatch, service as a profit center, agents and much more.
The keynote speech by Sartorius showed how service is being rethought globally. In the breakout sessions, things got concrete – with real use cases, clear learnings and open discussions.
And in the World Café, the big questions were: What will happen by 2030? And how will we get there?
