SERVICE 1 GmbH attaches great importance to honesty, transparency and integrity. Help us to uncover and remedy violations and abuses in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

As an employee or business partner of SERVICE 1 GmbH, you can report suspected serious breaches of regulations or criminal offenses to us. This can be done by stating your name or completely anonymously. In either case, you remain protected. Tracing back to you is not provided for by law and is not possible unless you yourself provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Your report will be stored in a specially created inbox and processed exclusively by the designated person of trust (case manager) in accordance with the law. In the course of follow-up, it may be necessary to involve a close circle of external or internal persons in the processing of the report. You will remain anonymous to these persons unless you explicitly consent to your data being passed on.
