The SERVICE 1 Mobile Service App is the clever application for service engineers – available in all app stores for tablets, laptops and smartphones. The app helps engineers to plan their working day and process their orders. Naturally, it works offline, too. The smart thinking behind it: service assignments should be completed as effectively as possible and, ideally, generate additional revenue. Time and cost savings of up to 30 per cent are possible. All relevant information about customers, devices, history, spare parts and conditions are permanently available, so your engineers can accomplish their tasks anywhere, anytime.

Always optimally prepared
The SERVICE 1 Mobile Service App is the central communication medium in Field Service. The engineer receives all his scheduled service orders via the app – if required, also as a fully optimized daily schedule. In the individual orders, engineers can see all the information they need about customer and device data, history, contract data and conditions. Error descriptions and repair hints – supported by SERVICE 1 Knowledge Management and other sources – provide targeted information on how to fix errors.
Documentation made easy
The Mobile Service App uses customer-specific workflows to guide the engineer through all the steps required to complete an order. Following the on-site visit, the engineer can create digital Service Reports and Checklists in the app quickly and easily with the help of the drop-down lists and text modules provided. Spare parts can be assigned to the order via barcodes. If the customer requires an invoice or service report, the document will be sent automatically by e-mail.
The Mobile Service App is also used for time bookings and management of the spare part inventory.
