About SERVICE 1 GmbH
An increasing number of factors define the competitiveness of a company: customer satisfaction, sustainability, profitability, degree of digitisation, skilled workers.
In each of these areas, field service can make a decisive contribution – provided that the solutions are not considered from a technical point of view alone, but also at the process level.
This perspective, combined with seamless integration of the software into the customer’s IT landscape, is what characterises SERVICE 1.
At our Paderborn site, we have been realising comprehensive field service software solutions for over thirty years.
Our customers come in all shapes and sizes and from a range of different sectors, including Stiebel-Eltron, SMA and Vaillant, as well as medium-sized companies such as BÄKO, Raiffeisen and LPR.
What they all have in common is a need for future-proof field service management. And so they all place their trust in a company that can deliver. Because it doesn’t do anything else. www.service1.com
