Norbert Armbruster brings over 25 years of experience in project management, consulting and software development in international service management. His focus is on process analysis, optimization and seamless integration of our field service solutions into business processes. He works with teams to shape our product portfolio, taking customer feedback into account. His technical expertise supports architecture design. Constructive dialog and first-class solutions are a concern for him.

Carsten Müller has held leading positions in the software industry in the fields of corporate performance management, analytics and BigData since the 1990s. Based on his extensive experience in consulting, software development and sales, he is continuously and consistently expanding the market position of SERVICE 1 together with the management team.

Dr. Tobias Beisel has built up SERVICE 1 Support in its current form and shaped it into a central part of successful customer retention. His focus is always on customer satisfaction, which has been proven to be in the above-average range in Support. Together with the operations team, he also ensures the smooth provision of SERVICE 1 services, so that internal teams and customers can work continuously and with high performance. He sees technological change as an opportunity for process and service improvements.
Dr. Mirosław Dynia

Dr. Mirosław Dynia, with over 20 years of experience in design, implementation and management of SaaS products, has an important role in the further development of the SERVICE 1 portfolio. As a Product Manager, he uses the service management expertise hard-earned in international projects daily in interaction with current and future customers for continuous innovation of our portfolio.
